Where should your golf tournament awards be sent?
Fairway Trophy Co ships golf awards worldwide, and the written quote confirms the service for each address. For golf events the harder question is who signs for the box. A course hosting an outside event may not expect a parcel, so choose between the pro shop, the organizer's office and the banquet venue, and name the person who will open it.
The list helps prepare your request. Shipping availability, import arrangements and transit time are confirmed for the actual delivery address.
Should awards go to the golf course or to the organizer?
Send them to whoever will check them. A home club with a staffed pro shop can receive and store a box if the head professional knows it is coming. A charity renting a course for an afternoon is usually safer taking delivery at its own office and driving the prizes over with the banners and registration kit.
What if the awards dinner is not held at the course?
Split the order by where each group is handed out. Bag tags and contest signs belong at the course for registration. Trophies and sponsor plaques belong wherever the prize table is set, which may be a hotel ballroom across town. List both addresses and the quote shows a shipment and packing list for each.
How do you plan awards for a golf trip abroad?
Give the destination country and the resort or host club in your first message. The quote names the delivery service and sets out how customs paperwork and any duties are handled for that country. Ask the resort who accepts parcels for guests, and share the travel dates early so production and transit can be checked against them.
How should prizes be packed for the prize table?
Ask for the pieces grouped the way they are announced: contest prizes first, then flights from lowest to highest, then the champion. Team keepsakes stay in sets of four. Whoever runs the microphone can then hand each group to the presenter in order. Count every group against the proof before the first tee time, and keep the packing until the last guest leaves.
