What goes into a golf award quote?
- Design — A collection piece such as the Club Championship Trophy, or a description and sketch of the shape you want.
- Format and field — Stroke play, scramble or member-guest, and how many players or teams are entered so far.
- Prize sheet — Every category that gets an award, the places paid in each, and whether a team prize means one piece or four.

- Crest and sponsors — The club crest and each sponsor's logo, sent as the original files where you can get them.
- On-site date — The delivery address, the person receiving the box and the day it must be there ahead of play.

Questions about a golf tournament award quote
Does the golf tournament award quote form place an order?
No. Submitting it asks Fairway Trophy Co for pricing and design help; it does not place a paid order. You receive the proposed specification, price and next steps to review.
When will Fairway Trophy Co send my quote?
Response timing depends on how complete and complex the request is. Including the design, format and field, prize sheet, engraved lines, crest and sponsors and on-site date lets the team respond without avoidable follow-up.
What if I am not sure which golf tournament awards I need?
Say which purpose fits (tournament champions, course contests and special achievements and club recognition and keepsakes), with the quantity, budget range, deadline and destination, and which decisions remain open. The response can then set out options and the information needed for a final specification.
Can I change golf tournament award details after the quote?
Report the change immediately; Fairway Trophy Co then explains whether it affects the design, price, production or delivery before proceeding.
Are samples or proofs available for golf tournament awards?
Ask which sample and proof options exist for the design you chose, such as the Club Championship Trophy. The quote should state their format, cost, timing and revision terms, and what the proof can and cannot represent.
How do I pay Fairway Trophy Co?
Payment methods, any deposit and payment timing are set out in the written quote.
