Full tournament award orders
A golf prize table is several small orders that have to look like one. Team prizes, flight cups, contest awards, sponsor plaques and player gifts each follow different wording. Fairway Trophy Co builds them into a single list so the event title and date stay identical across every piece.

How do you order all the awards for one golf tournament?
Start from the prize sheet, not from a product. List each category, how many places it pays and how many physical pieces each place needs. Fairway Trophy Co turns that into one row per piece, with team prizes, contest prizes, sponsor plaques and player gifts in separate groups that share one event title.
What does a charity scramble order contain?
A hospital foundation runs a shotgun scramble with thirty-six foursomes. The top three teams each get one keepsake per player, which makes twelve Clear Acrylic Golf Ball Award pieces. Two contest holes add two Longest Drive & Closest-to-Pin Awards. Four hole sponsors each receive a Golf Tournament Sponsor Plaque, and each of the 144 players finds one of the Custom Engraved Golf Bag Tags at registration. The foundation also asks for a Hole-in-One Commemorative Plaque layout with the course and contest hole already set. If someone aces it, only the golfer and the date need adding. The quote lists five groups, and the boxes are labeled the same way.

Hole-in-One Commemorative Plaque
Use the golfer's name, date, course and hole as the core record. Distance and club choice are optional additions; a clean hierarchy makes the achievement readable without turning the front into a scorecard.
The details to personalize: golfer, achievement, course and hole, date. The product page lets you enter them and carry the design into your quote request.
How is a full prize table put on one order?
01
Count pieces, not prizes
A winning foursome is one prize and four keepsakes. A flight that pays three places is three pieces. Go down the prize sheet and write the physical count beside each line before adding anything up.
02
Sort the known from the unknown
Sponsor names, the event title and bag tag names are known before the first tee shot. Winners are not. We proof the known groups first so only the result plates are left for after the round.
03
Say where each group is handed out
Bag tags go to the registration table, contest prizes to the banquet, sponsor plaques sometimes to an office afterward. Tell us, and each group is packed and labeled for the person who will carry it.
Order terms in brief: Low minimums · production takes no more than 7 days, plus transit · rush available · worldwide shipping · 100% satisfaction refund. Full wording in the FAQ.
Questions about full tournament award orders
How do you order all the awards for one golf tournament?
Start from the prize sheet, not from a product. List each category, how many places it pays and how many physical pieces each place needs. Fairway Trophy Co turns that into one row per piece, with team prizes, contest prizes, sponsor plaques and player gifts in separate groups that share one event title.
Does ordering more golf awards lower the cost of each one?
Sometimes, and not by a fixed rule. A shared layout across flights saves setup work. Individual names, several sizes and split deliveries add work back. The budget tool on this site applies no quantity discount. The figure to plan with is the written quote for your actual prize sheet.
What if the field size changes after we order?
Fields grow and shrink until registration closes. Player gifts such as bag tags depend on the entry list, so give us the cutoff for names and the number entered so far. Podium and contest pieces depend on the prize sheet, not the field, and can be settled earlier without waiting.
Can sponsor plaques go somewhere other than the course?
Yes. If a sponsor will not attend the dinner, the plaque can go to the organizer's office or to another address listed in the quote. Keep sponsor pieces on their own rows with the destination beside each, so a plaque meant for a company lobby is not opened at the registration tent.
